Greg Caputo has always served as a great ambassador for Classic Swing music. His drumming credits include stints with Count Basie, Artie Shaw, Harry James, Nelson Riddle, Benny Goodman, Sheila Jordan, Sammy Davis Jr., Benny Waters, Nneena Freelon, Vicki Carr, Grover Mitchell, Melba Joyce, Buddy Grecco, Claude Williams, Barry Harris, Grace Kelly, Lana Leong, Charlie Venture, Lenny Welch and countless world class jazz artists. Never forgetting that he sits in legendary drum chairs, Greg commits himself totally to every performance. Greg is also experienced in Latin, Motown and Contemporary Styles. He is the author of the acclaimed drum instruction book “Classic Swing Drumming”.
